Abstract: | This section of the book discusses mentoring experiences of a mentor and two mentees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The reflections clearly explained the journey from the perspective of the mentor and mentees. The reflections explain the journey, the handles, and the eventual success of the mentoring process despite the challenges presented by the pandemic to the teaching and learning arena. Generally, the goals of mentoring were achieved and every party expressed satisfaction and growth in the nursing profession. |
